ABOUT THE SONG...
This song only has two verses. I never added a bridge to it, but I may later. This is a song that I wrote to my wife to show the appreciation I have for her. I want to make her happy and I literally get happiness from seeing a smile on her face. For those that don't really know me, I have went through a lot in life. I caused nearly all of the pain I felt by the choices that I made. I am living proof that anyone can change, no matter the situation you are in. Having faith in the Lord is a start.
Truth is, we all make mistakes and we all choose the wrong paths in life. Including myself, sometimes we choose many different wrong paths. It may take some time to find the right path again. When we make those mistakes, it is our responsibility to learn from them and correct them.
I was lucky to find a person that loves me truly. She is my strength and my reason in life. When you find meaning in your life, it gives you plenty to live for. My wife gave me meaning and over time, I learned that many things give us personal meaning, such as God, my children, family, and friends. Help one another when you can. We are all servants of the Lord. He loves us faithfully and he showed how much when he gave up his only son. That deep love is what brings joy and happiness.
